# Messages Tracker Commands

> Monitor user chat volume, blacklist channels, view activity leaderboards, and adjust counts.

Falcon counts every message sent in your server in real-time, allowing server owners to reward active chatters and exclude spam channels.

## Viewing Activity

### messages

Displays total message count for yourself or a targeted member.

View the top 10 most active members across the entire server history.

## Channel Exclusions

### blacklistchannel

Prevent messages sent in spam channels, bot commands rooms, or counting games from inflating member stats.

<Tip>
  Free servers can blacklist up to 3 channels. Falcon Premium allows **unlimited** blacklisted channels!

## Managing Message Counts

### addmessages

Manually award message credit to a member.

### removemessages

Deduct message points from a user.

### resetmymessages

Allows any user to clear their own recorded messages in the current guild without requiring staff intervention.

### clearmessages

Wipe message records for a specific member or clear all message data for the entire server.

<Warning>
  Executing `-clearmessages` without specifying a user will permanently delete message counts for all server members.
