# Utility Commands

> Server lookups, member diagnostics, prefix customization, and channel cloning.

Inspect server parameters, member profiles, cluster shards, channel properties, and customize the bot's server prefix.

### ping

Tests websocket latency, shard connection health, and Discord API heartbeat.

### userinfo

Views account creation date, server join date, assigned roles, key permissions, and badge status for a member.

## Channel & Prefix Customization

### nuke

Clones the current text channel with identical permissions, topic, and category placement, then deletes the original channel to instantly wipe all message history, pinned items, and webhooks.

<Warning>
  Nuking permanently wipes all message history and pinned messages in the channel. This action cannot be reversed.
